Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kalani Sunwear purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please note the following:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Uncollected or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is not collected by the customer and is returned to us for any reason, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the shipping costs incurred and administrative expenses. This fee will be deducted from any refund issued. This practice aligns with standard e-commerce policies, where retailers implement return fees to manage costs associated with uncollected packages.
