Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kalani Sunwear purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please note the following:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Uncollected or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is not collected by the customer and is returned to us for any reason, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the shipping costs incurred and administrative expenses.
